Debbie Hews Chic Events provides day-of-coordination to full event planning. Whatever your need may be, Debbie will gladly help you make your event run smoothly.

Day-of-Coordination

  • Meet prior to the event
  • Provide recommendations of vendors or decorations
  • Assistance with any rehearsals or run-throughs the day before the event
  • Contact vendors the week of the event
  • Arrive when vendors do to make sure everyone arrives on time and everything is set up where it should be
  • Make sure your timeline on the day of the event is followed
  • Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to musicians, caterer, photographer, florist, etc.
  • Take care of any immediate needs that arise on the day of the event

Full Event Planning

  • Meet prior to the event
